We list the allergens present against each menu item and if we are notified of customer allergies or any dietary requirement at the point of order, we will take any additional measures that are appropriate and practical and let you know if we can't.

We follow strict process control and detailed due diligence, adhering to all government guidelines, however, we handle numerous allergens in our kitchen and due to the potential for cross contamination we cannot guarantee that our food is 100% free from any allergen.


With 24 hours notice we are more than happy to prepare gluten free pizza bases which we will prepare store and cook separately, however, due to the large volumes of flour in use in our kitchen and the fact that the flour is potentially airborne, we cannot avoid slight cross contamination and therefore do not recommend our gluten free bases for customers with coeliac disease.
